REPORTING TO: Supervisor
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Handles all leaves approvals and validations in reference to the internal and law regulations
Handles all insurance activities including representing RCC in front of the Egyptian insurance authority
Handles External work permits including all governmental activities
Receives hiring documents from employees and prepares contracts and hiring documents to be signed by
eligible employees.
Includes the social insurance data of contracted employees on HITS
Updates the social insurance tracking sheet with monthly changes (e.g. Contracted employees, Leavers,
forms received and sent to Raya Holding)
Follows up with the employees who are socially insured by other organizations till they finalize their cases
Finalizes the resignation or termination processes (e.g. Clearance Form, Experience letter, Medical card,
access cards,…etc.)
Answers employees’ inquiries regarding their contracts, renewals , social insurance, medical insurance &
mobile lines
Follows up with the departments regarding the performance of newly hired employees during the probation
period (one week prior to the end of the employee’s probation period)
Access Cards, issuing /deduction according to the policy.
