REPORTING TO: Supervisor (Human Resources – Payroll).
Location: MTZ
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Audit on all Employees’ payroll documents (Joiners, leavers, Etc. …..)
Receive change sheets from LOB
Prepare migration sheets and upload them to the system.
Audit the payroll sheet after migration as a first reviewer.
Audit on his/her colleagues as a second reviewer.
Prepare reconciliation and final sheets after confirmation from the LOB concerned department.
Prepare bank transfer sheets and upload them to the system.
Follow up on all requests and inquiries related to payroll activities.
Prepare, review, and upload payroll sheets on the system.
