Key Responsibilities
- Following up that the training plan is being implemented smoothly; including the training rooms capacity follow-up, material follow-up up
- Tracking the training equipment and tools.
- Archiving the department needed documentation
- Tracking and analyzing the training evaluations for both soft skills and product knowledge
- Ensuring that the attendance sheets for both soft skills and product knowledge are updated on time as per the due dates delivered by the training supervisors
- Following up on CZ-related tasks for the parking projects and updating the attendance as well
- Tracking and analyzing the dropouts from both the soft skills and product knowledge and cooperating with different departments in RCC for the data analysis and collection
- Following up on the department-required calendar for action plans in Table F and any needed output from the training team.
- Communicating with the training section heads the needed analysis for actions and following up on the progress.
- Act as a point of contact with the Ministry of Mass Communication and outside training vendors in the training courses done in venture with RCC
- Responsible for the Users technical activation and deactivation and handles all escalations related to them
- Responsible for the headcount salary confirmation for newly hired and internally transferred trainees
- Coordinate with the WFM team to publish the weekly training schedule.
- Coordinate with the WFM to arrange transportation (Bus Capacity & Door to door)
- Create, update, and communicate all related reports to training performance figures.
- Update trainers master sheet (request access and remove access)
