KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Ensure having a well-designed organizational structure model that provides a clear and consistent plan for how resources are organized and operating to achieve RCX strategic goals and objectives.
2. Designs and maintains the methodology for the job creation and the job evaluation & the job matrix
3. Audits the business units as the potential changes of job descriptions are identified
4. Designs and maintains the job evaluation methodology, responsible for grading of all positions.
5. Checks the consistency of job descriptions with internal policies and procedures
6. Conducts regular audits of the organizational structure and recommends changes to make the organization more efficient
7. Manage the process for preparing organization design alternatives, testing them against design criteria, and aligning leadership groups around design selection and implementation
8. Identify and implement change management and communication requirements for all levels of the organization – in partnership with our HR business partners and internal communications team – including the development and revision of tools, resources and communication materials to increase adoption of a process and/or change
9. Responsible for validating all promotions eligibility and ensure it is aligned with RCX job matrix and future organizational structure
10. Escalate all organizational structure issues to the concerned management and ensures that critical decisions are made and executed quickly with a sharp focus on the statement of direction, and reinforces the positive aspects of RCX Culture and values.
