SUB-FUNCTION: Payroll

REPORTING TO:  Supervisor (Human Resources – Payroll)


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Maintains accurate records of payroll documentation and transactions.
  • Resolves payroll-related inquiries and concerns.
  • Audits on all Employees’ payroll documents (Joiners, leavers, Etc.)
  • Updates payroll information for promotions, transfers, terminations, and new hires.
  • Prepares migration sheets and upload it on system.
  • Audits on payroll sheet after migration as a first reviewer.
  • Audits on colleagues’ payroll sheet as a second reviewer.
  • Prepare reconciliation and finalMaintains accurate records of payroll documentation and transactions.
