Sales Manager

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive growth plan, focusing on both financial success and exceeding customer expectations.

What will you do ?

  • Develop a growth plan focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
  • Arrange business reviews with prospective clients.
  • Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives.
  • Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines.
  • Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc. 
  •  Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.

What will you need ?

  • Interpersonal Skills: Forward Thinking - Business Acumen - Internal & External Networking - Team Empowerment & Development - Customer Centricity.
  • Technical Skills: Communication skill - Negotiation Skill – Relations Management – Decision Making.
  • Bachelor degree (Preferably in Commerce, Economics or Sales &Marketing) 
  • MBA is an added plus. 
  • BPO experience is mandatory
  • English Level: C1 Fluent

Must Have

  • Passion for software products
  • Perfect written English
  • Highly creative and autonomous
  • Valid work permit for Belgium

  • Strong analytical skills
