KEY RESPONSIBILITIES |
|
1. responsible for the successful planning, execution, and completion of projects related to contact center operations, technology, and customer experience. 2. Develop project plan & identifies the required tasks to reach the desired output and objectives through identifying client’s requirements, setting authority matrix & preparing materials related to project’s technical details 3. Participate in Alignment meetings upon award to ensure commitment and the delivery of project objective in timely manner. 4. Responsible for internal and external communication with the client within the PM phase 5. Monitor & review project’s development activities and participate in the verification and validation process to ensure adherence to time plans 6. Analyze business cycles and requirements in accordance with the project scope of work and applies necessary actions to support all processes 7. Resolve conflicts and ensure team collaboration to meet project objective on time 8. Conduct regular meetings with clients to review and discuss end results to ensure alignment and satisfaction 9. Regularly apply analysis of project process and conduct improvement opportunity analysis in order to maximize profit and provide value added to clients 10. Responsible for project’s financial files during the implementation phase. 11. Responsible for service manual creation during the handover phase and successful handover xaudit
