Key Responsibilities:
1. Developing and maintaining all dashboard and performance metrics reporting, including trend analysis.
2. Contributes expertise to the development and delivery of performance management manuals, policies and procedures
3. Writes materials for performance management programs; reviews, evaluates and modifies existing and proposed programs; recommend appropriate changes
4. Continually improves processes to develop Performance Management systems.
5. Establish methods to reduce turnover related to poor performance; works closely with the development teams to identify training needs and areas for improvement.
6. Develops and executes programs and projects to evaluate, measure and improve employee performance.
7. Analyzes the impact of employee performance interventions on organizational performance and provides reports to the management.
8. Support the development of a database and/or data presentation solutions to deliver information to end-users accurately and efficiently.
9. Implement Performance Management communication strategy aimed at creating awareness and keeping all staff well educated when it comes to performance management standards and followed approaches

Must Have
- Bachelor Degree or Higher
- Passion for software products
- Perfect written English
- Highly creative and autonomous
- Valid work permit for Belgium
Nice to have
- Experience in writing online content
- Additional languages
- Google Adwords experience
- Strong analytical skills
