Job Responsibilities
- Optimize service offering and implement initiatives to drive to a consistent service delivery and portfolio growth throughout the assigned account defining the needs and meeting/exceeding the objectives.
- Responding as well to their business demands; by owning their request; facilitating the solutions and workarounds for their different situations; delivering the resolution to the requester and acknowledge the full understanding for the outcome/resolution.
- Guide/Support the agents and respond to their inquiries regarding the knowledge spreading, updating and briefing after aligning with the client regarding al info. Updates and changes needed to be delivered.
- Handle as second line the difficult/unusual transactions and the end-user escalations aiming at closing the case and achieving the customer satisfaction.
- Set effective action plans to rectify the performance gaps by analyze the performance using the variation analysis tools or considering the client feedback on the performance results.
- Ensure being updated with all recent updates and new information/changes delivered by the client; if allowed by the client, Mentor must attend the quality calibrations and submit the monthly skill verification and he might cover the full training program in case of any shortage with the trainers.
- Receive the information and the updates sent from the client and get aware of the purpose and the objective of having any changes or new service added to the list; discuss further with the client his vision about cascading the information to the employee and manage with the RCC management regarding the information delivery.
- Engage in correspondence with the client at all levels including attending the conference calls, video conferences and responding to client’s email concerning covering the general requests and inquiries and investigating complaints.
- Implement the necessary action plans and follow up on the fulfillment and evaluate the capability of
- Responsible to communicate with the client and identify precisely the changes required; decide base on the situation to
deliver the information whether in refreshment session or quick briefing.
