REPORTING TO: L&D Manager
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Build deep understanding of the business area, strategic goals, challenges and capability gaps and provide learning solutions to address the need
2. Drive the learning cycle and ensure connection between learning interventions and business goals.
3. Act as the main contact point between the supported business area and the learning function in identifying and processing the learning programs.
4. Establish a learning agenda for the supported business area and monitor the delivery through a learning calendar in partnership with key stakeholders.
5. Build a learner profile and help in having an up-to-date competency framework that supports the talent development.
6. Demonstrate advanced knowledge of learning principles and concepts, instructional design theory, evaluations methods and technical capabilities to manage a wide variety of learning projects
7. Assist with the development of annual learning plans for supported business area
8. Assist with management of a portfolio of learning projects to ensure high quality deliverables are produced with the time and cost constraints set for each project
9. Understand the global business context and translate the trends into learning implications
10. Act as a consultant and sources of knowledge to the business in the supported area
11. Proactively diagnose the organizational challenges and opportunities for learning and/or development; tailoring solutions for the supported business unit
12. Oversee needs analysis and strategic learning assessments to create the basis for learning solution development to develop clear instructional learning and performance objectives for the supported business unit
13. Source external vendors as needed, leading negotiations and offerings
14. Facilitate internal learning programs as needed & develop required learning materials
15. Define the learning needs within the supported business area and collaborate with relevant stakeholders to fulfill the demand

PROFESSIONAL
EXPERIENCE:
5 years of experience in HR, minimum 3 in L&D
