DEPARTMENT: Operations
Reporting to: Account Manager
Technical Skills: Computer – Business writing – Project processes
Responsibilities:
1. Act as primary escalation contact for clients
2. Manage and maintain positive relationships through service delays/quality issues
3. Expedite, confirm, and follow up to ensure services are completed correctly
4. Update ticket system and document all developments for positive resolutions
5. Maintain record of daily data communication transactions, problems and remedial action taken of all active investigations and prioritize workload
6. Conduct escalation process orientation to the newcomers for each batch.
7. Attending weekly calls with the client to provide the needed progress and advise back with any needed/recommended actions.
8. Sharing process updates as communicated from client with the staff.
9. Reviewing/validating the escalated cases-accuracy before raising it to the client.
10. Follow up on the escalated cases externally and take the needed actions including performing the managerial calls.

Must Have
- Bachelor Degree or Higher
- Passion for software products
- Perfect written English
- Highly creative and autonomous
- Valid work permit for Belgium
