Key Responsibilities
- Monitor daily cash balances, bank statements, and cash positions to ensure sufficient liquidity for operational needs.
- Prepare and update cash flow forecasts and treasury reports on a regular basis.
- Process and record all bank transactions, transfers, and payments in a timely and accurate manner.
- Reconcile bank accounts, identify discrepancies, and resolve issues promptly.
- Assist in managing relationships with banks and financial institutions.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, treasury policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities related to treasury and cash management.
- Provide financial data and analysis to support decision-making and audits.
- Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (or equivalent).
- 2–4 years of experience in treasury, accounting, or finance.
- Strong understanding of cash management, banking operations, and reconciliations.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/accounting systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).
- Excellent attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
