Content Management (Knowledge Base Author)

1. Developing and build knowledge base applications relevant various functions based on project needs and industries 

2. Applying content management process and policies.

3. Ensure the project client and stakeholder project have full stratification of project knowledgebase structure, display and mechanism. 

4. Providing solutions adding values , by developing new features and Add-ons on project k-base based on project needs. 

5. Update and audit content and ensure on time and accuracy. 

6. 24/7 technical support 

7. Defining suitable CMS tools. 

8. Constantly follow CMS latest updates and applying new features and modules on standard app version. 

9. Creating new users, and moderate roles and permissions. 

10. Deliver the content management training, and verifications for the new & old content managers, and KB Authors. 

11. Moderate content management applications (CM web site, CM dashboards, ETC ………….) and update content management dashboard, (number of updates, on time, accuracy, KB quarter audit( figures. 

12. Raising flag if there is any confusion in request content, or generally KB content accuracy and organization.
