Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Automotive Technical Support Engineer at RAYA CX in Cairo, Egypt. The Technical Support Engineer will be responsible for providing technical assistance, troubleshooting, and resolving automotive-related issues for customers. The role will involve ensuring high-quality customer support and service delivery in the automotive industry.

Technical Expertise:

Strong knowledge of automotive systems, including engines, transmissions, electrical systems, and diagnostics, relevant to different automotive markets

Language Skills:

English Profile C1

Industry Experience:

Substantial hands-on experience working in the automotive industry to provide real-world insights and practical knowledge.

Understanding of different automotive Markets:

Awareness of the specific challenges, regulations, and trends in different automotive markets, including common vehicle models and technologies.

Continuous Improvement:

commitment to continuous improvement by staying updated on the latest automotive technologies, industry trends, and customer service best practices.

Work Location: Motamayez, October City.
