Job Description:
Support the Accounts Receivable department by applying daily incoming payment notices; organize information and correctly record Accounts Receivable transactions for all assigned companies; finally, manage the release of the corresponding payrolls and the correct daily account balance.
Responsibilities:
1. Perform daily release of transfers for accounts receivable recorded in the accounts receivable register
2. Make daily collections received to the corresponding accounts receivable, having at the end of the day the updated information in the systems
3. Apply the daily "prenotes" (billing tests) for the required customers, keeping track of each of the requirements
4. Verify the status of issued checks (payroll or to suppliers), in case detention is required, and validate the affidavit, ensuring transparency in the process.
Skills and Qualifications:
• A degree in financial (or equivalent experience)
• At least 6 months of related experience
• Analytical skills
• Excellent computer skills are a must. Excel, Word, and E-mail
• Excellent organizational and time management skills; strict attention to detail
• Communicate effectively in individual or group situations including demonstrating active listening skills
• Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing, using accurate grammatical form and able to read and interpret written information
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Able to participate in solving problems and help make decisions based on the best information available by developing resolutions between parties
• Works well with other team members and departments in a professional and friendly manner to accomplish mutual goals and prepare assignments on time
• Able to ask for support and help as needed
• Ensures effectiveness in processes to achieve/seek best practice
• Provide feedback and suggestions for improved systems and efficiencies
• Excellent organizational and time management skills; strict attention to detail
Location: October
Schedule:
Sunday and Saturday offdays / Working Hours between 9 am till 6 pm.
