Customer Service Agent

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Call Center Agent to handle inbound and outbound calls, assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, patience, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally
  • Make outbound calls to follow up on requests, confirmations, or support cases
  • Resolve complaints and provide accurate information about products/services
  • Document call details, customer feedback, and case updates in the system
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and follow company procedures
  • Meet performance targets such as call handling time, quality, and resolution rate

Requirements

  • High school diploma (Bachelor’s degree is a plus)
  • Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle difficult customers calmly
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems
  • Team-oriented with a positive attitude

Preferred Skills

  • Previous call center or customer service experience
  • B1, B2 & C1 English  
  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills

Must Have

  • Bachelor Degree or Higher
  • Passion for software products
  • Perfect written English
  • Highly creative and autonomous
  • Valid work permit for Belgium

  • Experience in writing online content
  • Additional languages
  • Google Adwords experience
  • Strong analytical skills
