KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Management teams to maximize revenue opportunities and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Act as a subject matter expert by supporting sales cycles through solution consulting, technical expertise, workshops, presentations, demonstrations, and Proof of Concept (PoC) sessions.
  • Develop and deliver compelling solution presentations, technical discussions, and customized demonstrations that address client business requirements.
  • Design and propose tailored business and technology solutions, including technical and commercial responses for RFPs, RFQs, and RFX submissions.
  • Lead pricing strategy development and commercial proposal preparation to ensure competitiveness and profitability.
  • Prepare BAFO (Best and Final Offer) submissions, develop P&L models when required, and obtain necessary financial approvals.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders across departments to gather information, validate technical solutions, and ensure proposal accuracy and alignment with business objectives.
  • Facilitate storyboard and solution design sessions with cross-functional teams (e.g., HR, IT, Facilities, Operations, and Finance) to develop comprehensive and compelling value propositions.
  • Conduct market and industry research to understand prospective clients' business needs, challenges, and customer experience requirements.
  • Analyze customer requirements and business processes to identify opportunities for improvement, define new business procedures, and recommend optimal solutions.
  • Evaluate resource requirements and support the implementation, enhancement, or maintenance of proposed business solutions.
  • Maintain strong knowledge of the company's products, services, capabilities, and competitive advantages to effectively position solutions in the market.
  • Work closely with the Sales team by providing technical guidance, addressing solution-related inquiries, and participating in client meetings and presentations.
