Title: Co Leader - Task
Grade: 6
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the day-to-day activities and performance of Account Advisors.
- Provide ongoing coaching and on-the-job training to ensure team development and effectiveness.
- Monitor advisor transactions to ensure adherence to quality assurance standards.
- Track and ensure achievement of KPIs (daily, weekly, and monthly) across the team.
- Act as the first point of escalation for handling complex or challenging calls.
- Collaborate with support functions to resolve operational issues and maintain smooth workflow.
- Ensure adherence to schedules across advisors, operations, and monitoring plans.
- Conduct annual performance evaluations for Account Advisors and Senior Account Advisors.
- Monitor real-time call queues and performance dashboards to ensure workload is balanced and team efficiency is optimized.
- Coordinate with the Workforce team daily to apply over- and under-utilization strategies, ensuring SLA compliance and target occupancy rates are met.
- Record and respond to client requests in a timely and effective manner.
- Communicate any required schedule adjustments or staffing changes to the Workforce team.
- Ensure implementation and compliance with end-user privacy and data protection policies.
- Enforce adherence to RCC policies across the team.
- Follow the monitoring plan provided by the Quality team and take timely actions based on its recommendations.
- Identify and lead process improvement initiatives within assigned teams to enhance service quality and operational efficiency, delivering added value to clients.
- Closely monitor performance of underperforming team members (outliers and bottom quartile) and take corrective actions aligned with company policies to drive improvement.

Must Have

- Passion for software products
- Perfect written English
- Highly creative and autonomous
- Valid work permit for Belgium
